Our Challenge

3D CLICKa leading provider of technology solutions for the packaging industry, aims to transform the way sales and design teams customize packaging, drastically reducing sales cycles and minimizing errors in the validation and customization process..

With its innovative solutions, Instabox 3DInstapack 3D and The Pack Finder3D CLICK was looking to expand its presence and increase the number of business opportunities in Spain and France. To this end, in 2021, the company based in Granollers (Barcelona), hired naifman’s B2B Business Consulting and Outsourced Sales service for the design of a comprehensive strategy for the commercial prospection of the packaging market in these countries, focusing on the three key products mentioned above.

Our Solution

In order to help 3D CLICK to increase the number of leads and sales opportunities, naifman launched the partnership with a kick-off session that allowed us to understand the client’s business situation and to develop a clear understanding of the client’s needs, as well as to identify the main points on which to build the business development strategy.

As a result of the above, it was decided to implement an email prospecting strategy for Instabox 3D and Instapack 3D, aimed at distributors, manufacturers and third parties. Contact was established with Marketing and eCommerce Directors, as well as with profiles specialized in innovation, production and digitalization.

For The Pack Finder campaign, naifman launched a commercial strategy on LinkedIn, targeting companies participating in the Paris Packaging Week. Contact was established with representatives of Spanish and French companies, using messages in Spanish and French developed by naifman’s bilingual team.

Given the good results and the positive working dynamics implemented by the naifman and 3D CLICK teams for the commercial prospecting at events, naifman provided support in the The Pack Finder’s search for business opportunities and other key trade shows such as Hispack, Empack, Free From Expo and COSMOPROF Bologna 2022.

In addition, drawing on our experience in the technology sector, naifman developed a strategy for the promotion of services within the framework of European funds, Next GenerationThe company is responsible for the digitalization of packaging in companies with obsolete processes, taking care of both the development of commercial messaging and the contact with target companies for the generation of qualified business meetings.

Results:

During the collaboration, naifman deployed an external sales team that managed all of 3D CLICK’s business opportunity acquisition. More than sixty qualified B2B meetings were generated with interested companies in Spain and France. This resulted in the achievement of significant projects of five-digit amounts during the collaboration.

The strategy developed by naifman allowed 3D CLICK to concentrate its efforts on product development and customer management, while naifman was in charge of business development and the management of the daily sales opportunities. The collaboration also positioned 3D CLICK’s products and services in two strategic markets, such as France and Spain, providing visibility to decision-makers in key sectors for the company’s growth. As an added value, naifman contributed to consolidating 3D CLICK’s presence in the market, supporting the company’s continued success in the packaging industry.
