Bracelit is a company that has developed an integrated management system for events in the leisure, tourism, and business sectors, enabling the monitoring of various variables through wristbands that attendees use as virtual wallets and identifiers.
With its technology solutions, including cashless payments, ticketing and access control, the company’s main goal is to to help its clients increase their profits and reduce their operational costs, while gaining insights and data while gaining insights and data to provide an unforgettable user experience.

Early 2021, Bracelit contracted the services of naifman, seeking an ally to help strengthen their commercial opportunity acquisition in the segment of event producers (corporate events, concerts, festivals, etc.); prestigious brands (for corporate and launch events); as well as hospitality and nightlife for access control
Since then, we have launched business development and opportunity generation campaigns that have not only allowed them to generate a higher volume of business but also consolidate the effectiveness of their internal commercial department with the support of our external consultancy.
Because of the closeness and trust we share with Bracelit, as well as our experience in helping companies gain operational efficiency, we have embraced this challenge as our own, striving for excellence and celebrating the results achieved to date alongside them.

Our Solution
To boost Bracelit ‘s commercial activity in Spain, we have carried out two different initiatives:
1. Generation of Commercial Opportunities (B2B business meetings).
To this end, we jointly established the qualification criteria based on the type and size of the company to be prospected, industry and geographic area.
By conducting periodic reviews and timely adjustments to the strategy according to Bracelit’s circumstances and objectives, we managed to generate 28 commercial opportunities during our first three months of collaboration, with a high conversion rate to proposals, at 15%.
Since then, we have generated 113 formal business opportunities, resulting in qualified 1:1 meetings for our client.
2. Specific support for events and trade fairs
At naifman, we consider these instances crucial for generating business opportunities. Specifically, we leveraged Spain’s main tourism trade fair, FITUR, to prospect business opportunities among participants and secure meetings that resulted in new projects with key companies in the Spanish hotel sector.
In these cases, we generated a dozen business meetings, with a conversion rate to a collaboration proposal close to 60%.
As a result of our collaboration, the Bracelit team has not only increased their sales in Spain but also strengthened their relationship with their clients, entrusting us with a significant part of the generation and subsequent follow-up of commercial opportunities.
