Based in Zaragoza, the company combines the talent of data analysts and scientists with cutting-edge IT and tools to transform all available information into useful and actionable knowledge for decision-making in companies across various sectors and industries.
Through an outsourced service, tailored to the client’s needs and grounded in technology on Semantic Structured Ontology and Artificial Intelligence, Idiogram generate an information network where each company connects to its system to access to the knowledge window of its market.
Thanks to its technology, Idiogram identifies and qualifies new clients, distributors, and traders, and actively tracks potential customers. In addition, analyzes consumer ratings in real-time, predicts price fluctuations in online sales, and examines import records, among other functionalities.
In 2019, seeking an ally to boost its commercial activity in Spain through business opportunity prospecting. Idiogram contracted the services of B2B Business Consulting and External Commercial Force for technology companies from naifman.
From naifman, we got to work with our Commercial Outsourcing model to promote Idiogram’s growth in the local market and help them to expand their business in sectors that were strategic for the company.

Our Solution
In order to meet Idiogram’s needs, naifman developed and executed a Commercial Outsourcing strategy based on the identification of business opportunities in companies needing solutions for monitoring international markets, competitors, and business opportunities.
With this purpose in mind, naifman and Idiogram established a set of specific criteria and characteristics for the identifying target companies, such as their size (medium or large, with a turnover greater than 10 million euros), the existence of an international business development department, and the existence of key roles within the organization, such as expansion directors, international business development, technology and information, among others.
Strategic sectors of interest were defined as those where the client had previous experience, as well as others that might require the intelligence provide by Idiogram due to current conditions. Notably, the sectors of industry, automotive, transport, energy, pharma, food, logistics and defense were of particular interest.
For the development and execution of the comercial strategy, naifman assigned a team of three business development consultants, whose tasks included:
- Identification of target companies and partners.
- Development and sending commercial messages through email marketing campaigns, based on client purchase motivations and success stories.
- Generating, qualifying and coordinating of B2B business meetings.
- Gathering requirementes for the designing tailored demos.
- Supporting the sending and follow-up of commercial proposals.
- Weekly results analysis and proactive improvement proposal for the strategy.
Key Results and Conclusions of the Commercial Outsourcing strategy:
Since the beginning of the collaboration, naifman generated 165 B2B business meetings between Idiogram and companies interested in its services. Thanks to this alliance, Idiogram secured five-figure projects in strategic sectors such as pharma, industry, construction, food and energy.
The joint effort allowed Idiogram to expand into strategic sectors, and penetrate and consolidate in critical industries, diversifying its client portfolio.
Moreover, the Zaragoza-based company increased revenue closing of five-figure projects, highlighting the effectiveness of the commercial prospecting strategy jointly designed by naifman and Idiogram.
In terms of branding, the numerous business meetings increased Idiogram’s brand recognition in key markets, strengthening its top-of-mind positioning compare other sectors solutions.
