Our Challenge


inAtlas
is a company specialized in Big Data and Location Intelligence that offers  Geomarketing and Data Analytics for commercial prospecting and expansion processes of companies around the world.

Using geospatial technology, inAtlas allows companies to discover patterns of proximity between customers, suppliers and competitors, optimizing marketing actions for both customer acquisition and retention.

Through this technology, inAtlas users can access market data, to 4.3 million B2B businesses and B2C consumer profiles in Spain and Portugal. In addition, for those companies that wish to expand their business internationally, the application offers access to data from more than 500 million companies in 190 countries worldwide.

In May 2021, the Barcelona-based company decided to enlist the services of Business Development Consulting and External Sales Force of naifman. We have been delegated part of their commercial prospection for the banking and insurance, real estate, energy, retail, logistics and telecommunications sectors, among others.

Our Solution

With the objective of increasing inAtlas’ lead generation, we started the work by analyzing the client’s commercial situation and identifying the main points on which to build the sales strategy. To this end, we carried out a diagnosis in order to determine the sectors of greatest interest for positioning our client’s solutions; the type of ideal company and the potential profiles within it interested in acquiring the solutions. This work allowed us to conclude that we should focus our efforts on the banking and insurance, real estate, energy, retail, logistics, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors , mainly.

In this line, naifman assumed the responsibility of designing a sales strategy based on email commercial prospecting, for which we developed all the necessary material, such as a planning of the commercial activity and the respective messages for each of the sectors and/or target audience. To maximize the personalization of contact with potential leads, we created 49 different message templates.

Throughout the collaboration and throughout the execution of the sales strategy developed by naifman, the following milestones were achieved:

  • Generation of Business Meetings: naifman deployed its efforts in commercial prospecting, achieving a total of 116 business meetings for inAtlas. These meetings were essential to present inAtlas’ solutions to potential customers and discuss opportunities for collaboration.
     
  • Collaboration Proposals: thanks to naifman’s work, 67 partnership proposals were made to prospective companies. These proposals represented a crucial stage in the process of converting prospects into real customers.

     

  • Significant Project Closings: as a result of the collaboration, several projects were successfully closed that represented a significant achievement in terms of revenue generation and business growth for inAtlas.

     

  • Expansion of Collaboration: product of the good results achieved, in May 2021, inAtlas decided to extend its package of hours with naifman in order for us to focus on reactivating business opportunities, reflecting the satisfaction and confidence in the ongoing collaboration. This expansion made it possible to further enhance commercial acquisition.

     

  • Integral Follow-up: for inAtlas, naifman not only identifies and contacts prospects, but also offers follow-up services for B2B business meetings and proposals sent. This helps to maintain constant and effective communication with potential customers, allowing inAtlas to focus on other daily tasks.

     

  • Flexibility and Adaptation: naifman has stood out in this project for its adaptability and full flexibility to meet the demands of a changing market. Proof of this is the series of iterations that have been carried out in the strategy and that have resulted in a positive balance for inAtlas in terms of investment.

     

In summary, the collaboration between inAtlas y naifman proved – and continues to prove – to be a strong and effective partnership for inAtlas to continue advancing its mission of helping companies use geospatial data to improve their marketing, decision making and business expansion strategies.
