In May 2021, Sirion Developers required the B2B Business Consulting and External Sales Force services from naifman to increase its volume of qualified leads and nurture its sales funnel. They mainly targeted small and medium-sized technology companies and startups from various sectors with their own products.
Due to the close relationship and trust that we have established with Sirion Developers, as well as our track record in driving commercial activity and business development in ICT companies, we have embraced this challenge with great enthusiasm.

Thanks to the implementation of the commercial strategies defined by naifman and the collaborative work between both teams, we were able to generate together with Sirion Developers several business opportunities in the Spanish market for the sale of its software development solutions.
Among the initiatives carried out to promote commercial activity, we highlight the implementation of our business development and sales force consulting. Through this service, we analyzed Sirion’s commercial situation in order to implement prospecting strategies based on three fundamental pillars: definition of a business plan, its implementation and support.
Specifically, through this service we prospect the market defined with our client based on qualification criteria such as type and size of company to be prospected, industry and geographical area.
As a result, we generated more than 70 qualified B2B business meetings, the presentation of close to 40 collaboration proposals and projects for amounts in excess of 130,000 euros.
Due to the commercial actions performed, the Sirion Developers team experienced an increase in their sales in Spain, entrusting us with the responsibility of generating and following up on valuable business opportunities.
