Go4IT
a spin-off Tecnalia is a company dedicated to the development of tools for the modernization of legacy systems, by means of software analysis through software analysis and migration or conversion of old systems to more modern ones.

Through its business approach, Go4IT focuses its solutions on the technological transformation of its clients, adding optimization and refactoring processes thus providing a reduction in system costs and an increase in project team productivity.

By modernizing legacy systems, Go4IT offers operational efficiency, flexibility and agility; a significant decrease of security gaps; and a significant improvement in user experience among many other benefits, in addition to fostering innovation within organizations.

Since January 2020, the company, based in Zamudio, Basque Country, has contracted the services of Business Development Consulting and External Sales Force of naifman to boost the prospecting of commercial opportunities in Spain, and subsequently to pave the way for international business expansion in Latin America, specifically in Chile and Mexico.

Due the relationship we have cultivated and the trust that unites us, he sales opportunity generation project for Go4IT has a special component that we approach with particular enthusiasm. This is at least evidenced by the solid results obtained to date.

Our Solution

During the first year of collaboration, naifman developed a comprehensive commercial prospecting strategy, focusing on the generating of business opportunities in medium and large companies in the Spanish.

The focus was specifically targeted to key sectors defined jointly with the client at our kick-off session, such as banking and insurance, public administration, large retail, telecommunications, energy and healthcare. The focus was on entities with large applications that required automated and more complex migrations, and setting aside smaller ones to optimize time and streamline the capture process.

To achieve this, naifman developed a robust commercial messaging strategy based on the Go4IT value proposition. Highlighting technical reliability, solvency, disruptive solutions and adaptability to the client’s technological platforms, naifman succeeded in positioning Go4IT as an attractive option. The value proposition, backed by competitive prices, resonated positively among potential  “brave” clients, mainly CIOs, CTOs and Chief Digital Transformation Officers, who were seeking to modernize their legacy systems.

This campaign in Spain resulted in the establishment of nearly a hundred B2B business meetings, demonstrating the success of the implemented strategy.

Expansion into the Mexican Market and Adaptation in Chile

 

Following the success of the business opportunity generation campaign implemented in Spain, our client decided to expand its horizons to the Mexican market.. In this country, naifman executed a prospecting strategy similar to the one carried out in Spain, but adapted to the local market’s particularities. However, the lack of results led us to quickly iterate the strategy and propose the Chilean market to the client, which showed a growing technological maturity. This adaptation resulted in the generation of around twenty opportunities, including a seven-digit project – the first for our client in Chile – with one of the leading chains of construction, hardware, and home improvement stores.

Currently, naifman continues to focus its efforts to the Spanish and Chilean market, demonstrating that the strategic collaboration between Go4IT and naifman not only effectively penetrated the first market but also showcased the agility and adaptability of both parties to exploring and succeeding in a new market such as the Chilean one.

The implementation of a solid prospecting strategy and persuasive commercial messaging were key to the successful of bussines opportunity generation.

This success story reflects naifman and Go4IT’s ability to drive growth in highly competitive and dynamic environments.
